In my role, in this company, I feel really secure. That is because Infiniti invests in its team. It is good for getting top-notch training. Ans all the team leaders are very agile and equipped. In terms of my performance, my job is secure. But, otherwise, also, I feel safe. Everyone treats me respectfully, giving me positive vibes.

Dislikes

Certain complex things were there. Nothing was extremely worrisome. The management was really quick in taking control of these.

Amenities such as complimentary snacks for the staff are nice. A space for recreational purpose is also there. We play games almost every week to take a break from work. Outings are planned for us at times. Then we go out for meals, sponsored by the company. There's is nothing really that is lacking here.

They give job security but even for the least performers sometimes. But it's a good company for beginners to get some experience.

Dislikes

They say there's no politics, but it surely seems like they have. They don't have compensation or compensatory off for working over the weekends and they make you work over the weekends. They don't give much hike or even promotions. The company culture is pretty bad.

With Infiniti Research my experience has been memorable. Starting with my interview, everything has been fantastic. The HR dept. was clear about my role and gave me a fine idea of what to expect. I've enjoyed my time in this company. I began the role as a newbie. From the first day of this job, I have worked with awesome leaders who greatly guide me. Celebration in the workplace are the most awesome. Some days ago, all of us celebrated Christmas. We played games and exchanged gifts. Everything was so much fun. Treats were organised to make the celebration more enjoyable. I'd look forward to more such events to create more sweet memories with my colleagues.

A lot of previous are satisfactory, however, if comfort is a concern, then outdated furniture is something to do away with. I don't really like the seats in particular.
