Because of the open-door office policy here, I am at absolute ease. This is the type of culture where I feel that I am listened to. If I have a few suggestions to make or want help with something, someone is always there for me. HR is the best at keeping things confidential.

The culture in this office is actually beyond what you may actually expect. The employees are helpful and supportive to me and they have been like that from the start itself. HR connects with me at least daily to ask is there anything bothersome.

Dislikes

Facilities in the restroom are not checked on time. I request the management to regularly ensure this for good hygiene.

Infiniti Research has the most welcoming environment. On the first day, I was greeted by my peers. Prior to the induction, they began connecting with me. They were interested in knowing my experience . All the people I have worked with so far are awesome. I find their attributes to be positive and they work like one united team.

Celebration in the workplace are the most awesome. Some days ago, all of us celebrated Christmas. We played games and exchanged gifts. Everything was so much fun. Treats were organised to make the celebration more enjoyable. I'd look forward to more such events to create more sweet memories with my colleagues.

A lot of previous are satisfactory, however, if comfort is a concern, then outdated furniture is something to do away with. I don't really like the seats in particular.

It's fairly easy to connect with the top management people whenever they are needed. On top of that, there are flexible office hours. Another big plus is the leave policy.

In my role, in this company, I feel really secure. That is because Infiniti invests in its team. It is good for getting top-notch training. Ans all the team leaders are very agile and equipped.
