No Appraisal , no Hike , if project is rammed down - will moved to bench serving NP . Senior Managers , Program Director and HR's are just another puppets no responsibilities towards there employee . I have all my hard work and dedication to company , got good ratings also but at time of appraisal they moved to bench saying no project . AVP ,Program Director and Managers are just always give assurance but at time of delivery all fails . Not sure how they delivering to client . You will be served until you are tagged in a project...Read More
