This by far is the most terrible working environment, I have ever been. The project managers are just terrible. "Senior technical lead" has no technical skill and hired just for namesake more like a wannabe project manager, and has no way/manner of talking. The designation you are on is just a text after your name, at the end of the day you will work like a junior software developer. Sure there are people who are making this boat afloat but most them are just dead weight. The "manager" has no control or talking manners. There is already a brain drain, people just leave after a week. But still these managers and seniors have no sense of professionalism. No Work life balance General biasness No planning execution Requirements change on the fly ( never freezes) Horrible project management You will no have personal life. Your manager will call you anytime of the day. No decency or courtesy in the seniors specially at manager level. A slave mentality you might say. Harrassing people isjust a normal work day routine. Demeaning and insulting people on stand up calls is normal. Ancient Health care insurance. When a person is awarded "Employee of the month" managers promote working on weekends in there speeches as "going the extra mile". That speaks volume of the culture. Also there is no comp offs if you have worked on weekends. If you have been streching late night for a work. Next day there is no leeway for you take a little rest then join the calls. They act as if it was your duty to do that. Seriously i had worked for a far smaller company than this with 100 people, even they were far more compaisonate towards there employee. With comp offs and flexible timings. If you talk to HR about your problems. Its just a dud. Most of the people don't speak up cause "job" is needed at the end of the day....Read More

For such a big company, an employee will expect good work life as a given. But here it just the opposite. I have experience with smaller companies and they treat people better than they do.
