Senior Leadership they done know what they speak, they don't know how they behave, they are happy until lowest expenses are running the process. First time in my entire career I heard Layoff, just because of organization expenses. The people who mess with me will face more drastic situation in their life, for than what they have done. Nothing. It's purely based on the team whom you are working for. BUT mostly, for freshers it can be beneficial. After 1+ years, it's really a waste of time to sit in Infinite and waste your time. I'm also just trying to develop skills and waiting for the right opportunity to move away from this toxic company and work culture.

Not even a 10% I will say good things about Infinite. I have experienced the worst phase in my beginning of my career in Infinite. Currently, I have analysed my long term goals and working towards that. Once, I upskill I'll definitely switch rather than staying in this toxic company.
