other departments I don't know, I am in Finance Functional section, where there is a huge regional politics going on presently like good appraisals for one sided peoples only like that there is no balance of work opportunities even when show proof of work capabilities and in turn their own people work is just a show off and their own people salaries are very huge. and there is no equality even based on real experiences there is a lot of groupism and real capable employees are always cornered though encourage in startup....Read More

Nothing. It's purely based on the team whom you are working for. BUT mostly, for freshers it can be beneficial. After 1+ years, it's really a waste of time to sit in Infinite and waste your time. I'm also just trying to develop skills and waiting for the right opportunity to move away from this toxic company and work culture.

Not even a 10% I will say good things about Infinite. I have experienced the worst phase in my beginning of my career in Infinite. Currently, I have analysed my long term goals and working towards that. Once, I upskill I'll definitely switch rather than staying in this toxic company.
