There is biased nature between south and north indians. South Indians will get better salary hike and promotions. It is more painful when you know that you are working more and completing the task but your junior who works less gets much more than you with bonus.

1. No work satisfaction because daily you need to learn new concepts. 2. you cannot survey without daily learning 3. You have to do daily oral test and presentations to mentors to keep their mouth shut or they will be keep on irritating you as strict school teacher 4. All projects have different learning and when moving from one project to another you need to learn from the scratch and every concepts will be new. 5. Most mentors are HINDI people and they purposely irritate you by keep on speaking in Hindi in team calls and at end they expect to say what do you understand in call?? 6.
