Renfro is the best company for the freshers. I am worked one year in Renfro compony. The positive thing’s staff members is very friendly and helpful for the fresher candidates. I enjoyed my work.

Dislikes

There is lot of problems faced when I worked at Renfro company. There is a one thing i don’t like that is comparising the peoples by him/her post. There is a no same rules & regulations for the employees.

Manager is very toxic, she won't support you and will be there only to criticize you and always pointing out your mistakes instead of helping you to resolve them.. Also she have jealousy issue and she doesn't want her juniors to get involved with the higher management directly.. the communication should be from her end only..
