If you worked with your own bissness no one regrate to your work and and one thing I like hear that there is not too much bosses you should report only your boss wich is reasonable for you and yours all liberties and no one support in this

I don't like that here is not a proper learning support and also you can do only which the deside your boss you can not apply yours thought and formula to do much better performance in your field so that you should follow only company policy not your experience

Manager is very toxic, she won't support you and will be there only to criticize you and always pointing out your mistakes instead of helping you to resolve them.. Also she have jealousy issue and she doesn't want her juniors to get involved with the higher management directly.. the communication should be from her end only..
