It's a good experience for me, also good teammates.

Dislikes

Exactly compensation is good, but growth is very slow. I've to work maximum 9-10 hrs in a day, also there is no on-job training for freshers. There is no appreciation from seniors.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire exceptions raised by our team also cooperate to branches to resolve it within TAT.

100% job secured untill the officer involved into a unerased disciplinary mistakes. He/she will be survived for decades.

Dislikes

Not a salary match for vintages basis market norms, new joiners provide more CTC than the existed floor managers. Pay scale revision should effectively implement for designation & grade wise.

Continuum program is good for employees elevation.

Dislikes

Hr support is completely nill and tortures employees by giving location far from the residence even after requesting for near by branches. Too much politics by RH and HR. No support for employees. There is an option for employees to choose the role after elevation but HR will give only the role which is recommended by RH. No value for employees. And the appraisal bonus hikes are worste. Does not value for employees work....Read More

HR people were good, salary package was average. Location is convenient

Dislikes

False information during Interview on offered job profile. Bad Work culture and no work life balance . BAD office politics impacting peoples CAREER. Due to above had to quit without any offer in hand to keep myself mentally healthy Most of the work is manual and not automation scopes. Company is still working in 90s style.
