Basic savings account is rs 20k which is very very high.I think bank doesnot know that how to acquire customers like other banks whose basic account starts from rs 2500 like bandhan Bank.And the salary hike is very very low like negligible.

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

I had applied for rehire in the bank for the role of sales manager. I waited for the job offer after documentation for almost one and a half month. Every day during follow up I used to get different reasons from HR for the delay. Due to the commitment with the interviewer I rejected the offer I got from 2 companies. After all this what I get to hear from HR is that my job application has got rejected because for last many years I was not in the banking sector and I dont have banking experience. After One and a half month later they realised this. Very poor HR at indusind bank. I wish to connect to Mr. Zubin Mody(HR head) at Indusind bank and raise my issue with him. Bank is completely unstructured and their demands from employees are like ICICI and HDFC. TLs are very weak and doesn't have competent knowledge of product. They just know how to pressure RMs. Third class management from upside to down

Pathetic work experience, u will end up finding yourself as a telecaller. Yes u will get a good salary, but it will be on the cost of deteriorating your whole career. U won't get any value in the other banks, because all others know the bad quality of books, credit card telecalling, etc.

Manager and team leaders were also very helpful and guiding the colleague very well and motivates them to achieve their goal They are flexible and friendly in nature . So this was my experience . They can make some plan for outing and it will Help to get connection with the employee and all of them would know each other very well. So they nobody would get bore over there. They can plan some outdoor games too for The fitness of the employee . It will be beneficial for the company growth And will also motivate the employee to do the job passionately. Work culture is just pathetic... No place for growth... As a RM, the only ask is to bring your own base of customers and do not depend on the banks books... Bank needs to introspect there approach if they are doing lateral hiring.

How employees are treated. Unwanted demands, systems are not supportive. IT team is not at all helpful. To get a small work done it takes weeks.. Staff shortage always. Very Bad culture.
