Please don't select this bank. they will not give proper recognition for our work.bank is good but work nature and way for work is totally bad. Backend process is entirely bad to work . opening an account is impossible for all the customers worst online apps. without backend support employees can't work freely. They need business only but don't support for doing business (support means I am telling about backend process).do not encourage employees for doing work. each and every month pip will be issued for every month Target. I don't even see such a bank like this . Worst company ...there is no working as per professionally not satisfactory salary, not a company to work

Toxic work culture they made you to work on all Saturday's and even govt holidays and moreover on Sunday also and lot of concalls they won't allow you to work and worst HR and using lot of un parliamentary works etc., hence not to recommend this bank for my enemy also.

Lower management is not supportive, higher management ceo level Nation level is very supportive, you can reach directly to them doesn't matter on which post you are.

No proper support from managers branch managers are dangerous towards employee favourite employe get good support . Not treat equally . No proper hr support . Manager use their power to spoil employee life. Unrealistic target . This is not bank these are insurance company. They only focus on insurance. No proper training. No propersupport . Second thing if u have do pr die situation then join Indusind bank other wise explore your self and search other opportunities. Hr not received your call . Hr will also not understand your problem even you share medical thereafter they will not relieve you . Hr is only for name and position. Huge politics . If you hard worker employee and source good business then managers will map your clients to his favourite employee. They will treat you like you are slave. I have a good opinion about the job culture of IndusInd bank, it has a robust management team. They are very helpful and supportive, operation and sales team has a good coordination, which in turn makes it very smooth to work without stress.

First should be change mindshet of channel Partners like Tata AIA. These guys are dominating our indusind employees. These guys are behaviour like CEOs. Treat like Agents of our employees. as per labour law rules don't working in holidays. But in this bank holidays also worked.strictly implement this.
