No work life balance, HR is very week and focus on short term growth rather long term. No increments after joining and appraisal cycle is 18th Month instead of 12 months as rating declaration is very late.

I am a hardworking employee but i am bot satisfied with the management that is why leaving this job. This Bank is very good to work with but people working on higher ranks are exploiting the workforce by giving immense pressure. they are not good leaders
