For front line staff, company provides good and fasttrack promotion path.

Dislikes

Leadership is very poor in terms of managing teams, the culture and behaviour is worst .. Leaders do not believe into looking into issues and ways to resolve it … they just believe in shouting scolding and punishing. Mature leadership and right mentorship is very much needed. Also systems and MISs are ages old … not at all helpful in driving team.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
