It is Good for working culture and that is best plate form for New Learning Employees and best one thing for medical policies related for own employees and family members health policies are available to day one.Company Policies are Good ,appraisals are Gud and they have give good salary hike In Every Year .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
