The company has many projects and different teams so, job security is there, growth is also average, not bad I will say. HR is really bad and non-responsive. Learning opportunities are few, you will have to self-learn. There are people who don't work and there are people who work.... so, if you decide to work there will be extra work pressure to balance off. Slow and almost non-responsive HR. Salary discrimination. Age-old projects to work in. Tight space to sit in, like even if you move your chair one inch it will clash with another person and there is like no space to keep even a mug or diary. No special benefits as such. Only self mediclaim, needed parent's mediclaim badly.

I was a Dot Net Developer. I had responsibilities to develop MVC applications, SQL Server Database, design the pages, test and deploy in different environments(test, pre-prod, prod server) along with communicating with the client on daily basis.
