The Company is just okay... it seems they are struggling to survive.

They are more focused on getting more business and people part is totally ignored to earn more money. Many times I was called by my supervisor after office hours and when I was unable to attend due to personal reasons, I was questioned about my commitment to the role. Even at 11 PM at Night. There are some people in the team who gotpreferential treatment in the team and rest were looked down at and no support was provided to some people. 1.No benefits, i was not given any accommodation when i moved to a new city. 2.They have a 3 month notice period where you are not allowed to take any leaves even if it is a medical emergency. This is brutal . 3. No one listens to your problems. Neither your manager nor HR

The growth is not here, the technology is very poor. They're working in AI, but they hired me as a developer and I'm just doing testing.

Worst company to work for. Upper management doesn’t understand the technology well. Appreciation goes to managers only. No recognition for developers who are actually working. If you are on project u are safe, they don’t retain anyone on bench.

Everything. So salary discussion, they make employees work on holidays. Too much discrimination.
