Politics and management is really bad. No point of having a team as Head of the department plan a exit for you by burdening you with lot of work pressure. Even if you are tenured employee then also company will not consider your loyalty and consistency. Pathetic work culture. They pin point on single little thing and can make that reason for your exit. Even if you try disclosing the challenges then manager will not consider or understand it moreover will put blame on you for everything thats going around. Your hardwork that you put in for all the past years just went into vain when your manager put you down and tells you that you did not perform well in the entire year.
