1. Poor Job security (Despite having no fault with employees) 2. Managers/Senior Managers are not capable of leading a team. (Just imagine the leadership of non capable persons) in both locations (Chennai and Bangalore) 3.Dirty politics (Favourable employees promoted, here capability of an individual is determined on the basis of how close is such person to manager(s)/senior manager(s). 4. If the company loses its client(s), without second thought all the team members in particular project, will be fired, on immediate notice period. 5. Here decision makers have the capability of understanding performance of new employee within a month, but unfortunately they have 6 months of probation. How pity!!! 6. No equal/fair treatment for all the employees. 7. HR Professionals are not qualified. They don't even know any HR policy. Every time we receive the answer like "I DON'T KNOW". 8.
