No employee benefits No Insurance You will get nuts during the festive season like Rupee 1 chocolate or Rs 300 sweet box. Nothing will be given on the occasion of Diwali. No bonus for the entire year. only to specific manager levels. HR and company accountant changes or resigns every 4 to 5 months. Loose Projects to Metrique or Access Healthcare because of inefficiency and knowledge. Ghost projects and culture force you to adapt to and work using the logins of employees who would have resigned many years ago. Clients won't recognize you working on behalf of ghost logins and credentials. Managers will speak shit.
