Worst Working Culture ever experienced. People get terminated by getting targetted because the director doesn't like them personally. The HR is biased and does not follow any policies. They are not aware of any policies too. No professionalism at all. Employees get shouted at in public and humiliated in front of others. 70 percent people have already experienced it.

Since I have joined, in my team, i am not happy with the projects they have assigned. Even though they know I am not from core pharma, quite often they are putting me in complex pharma work. My domain is totally different and I am wondering why they have hired me. Whosoever is from Indegene, pls help me to get a Lil simpler project. Current project is taking more than 12-14 hours a day, taking toll on health and psychological well-being. The company has a good work culture.. When the company was not doing financially well, they haven't fired anyone. They tried to retain people by just cutting their hike. They value their employees more.

Terrible pay! This applies to employees from lower bands who are hired under extremely low CTC. This is to be noted that the work given to these employees are no less than anyone else in a senior band level. The appraisal season gets delayed most times citing company isn't doing that well. And when it happens, it's practically nothing. It hardly covers the commute expenses to the office. No cabs by the way. They need to understand that it's essential to appreciate employees especially from Band A levels since these are the folks doing most of the grunt work.
