I heard that this company not allowing employees in their personal career growth. If any one drops the papers to quit company, HR and manager does not accepting his notice period and allowing to releive. Stucked in this for several months. Worst night shift allowances. As per company's rule, no one should work on Saturdays, but here frequently they are making us to work. Such a lethargic approach from HR and manager side. If any employee requests for their notice period approval, simply saying if you like work in this company or get abscond. Is this a way company treats employees?...Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

No growth , no opportunity for new learning tools n technology, no work life balance , if there is no project they will not entertain employee at least one month , I was worked with four years n in the medical emergency they are not also allow work from home unfortunately I I have leave my job . After knowing that am running with medical emergency they gave my final settlement after 3 months of my last working day after followed up lot of time, I left the job six month back but till did not get my final settlement slip., The management is very slow , everything is manual....Read More
