Now no work life balance, no good hike, no benifits, no respect for testing team, no proper project, no process followed properly, complete politics daily new rules which is not employee friendly and lot more.

Work-life balance in terms of WFH availability. Availing this would purely depend on how well you jell with your managers.

Dislikes

The management is very poor here which includes the HR, FInance and CEO. Every now and then there are frequent changes coming without any vision for growth which can actually reap benefits for the employee and org. The employee's concerns are least considered here. You would be called on weekends without any compoffs. Also, they don't have any dedicated cafeteria to have your foods as well.

Management keeps on giving false hopes and playing politics The project with them are mostly on obsolete technologies Route their employees through accenture so you are basically an accenture employee on incture's payroll working on a client location. No say whatsoever in the treatment or work given to their employees. You cannot get your leaves encashed after you leave You cannot take sick leaves in notice period even if you are on your death bed, or you will have to extend your notice period. The in hand salary is very low they give 34k in hand for 6LPA which is honestly a joke. We are expected to work on weekends as well, absolutely no work life balance. It is mandatory to be in office for 9 hours everyday even if your work is done. Doing good work here is rewarded with just more work. They won’t give variable pay on time and decrease it every year. The company has zero regard for its employees. the higher-ups are just some diversity hires that have no knowledge either technical or even in management. there's no written communication for tasks and will randomly scold you for the work that they asked you to do. There is no proper team structure. the management has no clear vision and keeps changing requirements, even after the project is already finished. They will talk to their employees in a very disrespectful manner. the work culture is extremely toxic and demotivating. they would deduct your variable pay payouts randomly even when you give your 100%. no one wants to work for a company that can't appreciate efforts. Hr policies are a complete joke. they change every day, nothing is fixed. they will provide mailers that say 4 WFH days are provided but one day out of nowhere they will declare that employees have 0 WFH days. there's clear disparity of benefits between branches. very inconsistent company. There is nothing called work life balance here, you will be asked to work even when you are sick. 2. there is no proper project management as the sales team decides to complete the project in 1 month, which originally should take atleast 3 months, and in the end the developer will be questioned. 3. You will be asked to work even on saturdays and sundays, or even holidays. 4. The working hours are really strict, you are bound to stay in the office for 9 hours. 5. Their policies can change at any time, interns were asked to come to office for 6 months unpaid, otherwise their internship would be of 9 months. For those who came to office and stayed and worked even on Saturdays and Sundays, it was worse. After 6 months, they suddenly decided to extend the internship period by another 3 months. And in between every 14 days there would be an assignment and threats that whoever doesnt clear would be fired. After extending the 3 months trainee period also, there was 6 months more of the probation period.
