This is not a good company. The work culture is very bad (The TL demotivate and scolds the employees) This is my personal experience, when I wanted to complain about my TL's behaviour, he scolded and frightened me and told me to keep quiet. Also I wanted to put this out that I am still frightened as the so called senior TL might take some action due to which I am giving this review as an anonymous person. Salary hike is very less. They also deduct all your PL's when you want to resign. Serving the said notice period is compulsory and if the employee wants to go early then only the company can adjust the days from his PL, but this company just cancels all your PL and simply say it is a management decision. They never think about the betterment of the employees. Even the managers are very rude. This company should be sued. Please dont work here. From an ex-employee who didn't had the right to express his views but was scolded and harrased. I hope the female employees working here are safe and of sound mind....Read More
