Incedo learning program. Other activities like weekend parties, promotion celebration are good.

Dislikes

Some people doing the jobs but don't have knowledge of that domain. The people have the knowledge of perticular domain have to do extra work. Promotion and increment based on the fact that what is your reachability to the management persons.

Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
