If you are interacting with the OnSite Clients and they handle the project, one can still manage. But once the project is in hands on OffShore people, they screw up your lives.

Candidate is interviewed on something else and made to work on something else. Policies changed like seasons with no prior notice.

It's a pure baniya company with pathetic management, a company run by HR team. HR plays monopoly and very bad politics. If they are happy then good if they are not happy for any reason, they fire the people without consulting the project/delivery team. You have to calculate yourself from April salary No processes CMM level 0 Manager calls any time during 24 hours to get work done
