Good learning curve for freshers. Few days with low work pressure.

Dislikes

No bonuses. No pick up cab. No shift allowances for afternoon / evening shifts. No festive gift / bonus. Strict WFO. Uncooperative Leaders. Below average office environment. Food and canteens are below average. Underhiked / underpaid below industry standards.

*Skill Development department is good only as there is no politics there. *CEO of the company is an interesting guy as he will write books and force employees to buy and then reimburse it from his own pocket and make it as best seller. * INCEDO will surely ask Ambition Box to delete my comments.

Either you become a boot licker or leave the Job. First they will hire with sky rocketing promises and the ask to leave. *Most of the employees in Office are engaged in side business as they see no future in Incedo leading to extra pressure to genuine employees relying on Job and ultimately leading to burnout situation. Myself admitted hospitals many times and ultimately leave the job by paying from my own pocket for early release. *If you want to leave the company Sr. Management very politely & silently will try to stall your career making sure you don't get job so easily as they try every possible effort to malign your CV on Job portals. *Managers are worst in engaging employees as they are engaged in unethical practices in office with female counterparts. They will do nothing but come to office & show their supremacy. All responsibilities have to be taken by team leads and team players. *No flexibility to show your skills as different departments are enemies of each other to save their Job. They will come all guns blazing if you promote knowledge share culture. *Frequent change in HR Policy but HR departments themself will not follow it. The Process defined for few day and again everything will be back to "All thief are cousin brother" aka "Chor Chor Mousere Bhai". * Last but not the least, there is strong lobbying in local people making it uneasy for outstation talent to work. There are some projects wherein some managers are sitting for more than 7 to 8 years and have considered company as their maiyka they don't want to get up from their seats which is creating mess in the company, and I think everyone is suffering from this. Advice: Find those leads and managers who are now treating themselves as celebrity specially on 5th and 6th floor Many thanks 🙏

- Super-toxic environment. - Every project, they will make u work for minimum 14 hours. You health /wealth will go for a toss for sure. - Hire and fire company. - Please note, ..They don't have projects. Neither, they have bench policy. - the HR is very very rude, non-emphathatic, un-ethical and unprofessional. - If u get selected, just complete 1 year and run away.

This is the worst organisation. No Job security from engineers to Directors. You don't know when your manager show his true colour to save Job and start micro management. People around in the team is just like more than "Yes Man". To save their job they will go to Manager's personal event and do as much b00tlicking as they can. Worst thing I saw in my career. HR are so reluctant any issue with employee engagement. They come, have team, do nothing and go. No accountability. Don't care who joins & who leaves the organisation. They just want their salary. Specially Gurgaon & Pune HR Team. No potential project to spent 5 years. Many Directors & Sr. Directors come and go as there is no potential works leading to instability in the team. Worst part is nobody want to work. A few people who works & run the projects are kept out of key decision making and sometime kicked out. No proper process followed by HR and Employees although they will send mail every months of new regulations. Very much irritating. In a nutshell. No life but to be slave in Incedo. It is for good freshers just for the 1st year but after that you should look for switch.

Work life balance. New management so much aggressive, they can't connect with reality and always unrealistic at ground level decision making. When it comes to appraisal they are at 8% which i believe lowest in industry for freshers. No add on benefits except for salary. No cab service for 9-5 people. No bonuses (in-kind and in-cash) anytime during the year. Managers might ask you to do stuff on diwali days as these people can't afford to pay for premium version of the software and can't automate the stuff. Some people doing the jobs but don't have knowledge of that domain. The people have the knowledge of perticular domain have to do extra work. Promotion and increment based on the fact that what is your reachability to the management persons.
