Culture is nothing there, all the functions specially Assetmark run by Roopali Chopra, Rupesh Ninave, Dhiraj Gupta, Arun Gupta and Ritu Govil all culprits played with professional life of employees. You can't leave company if you get opportunity they will either termenate you or give you RL having three different date on it like date of joining, date of Last working day and date of Last employment day. Very top management is blind. Dont able see whats going with there resources like ad, stm, tm, tl. Entirely busy to promote company sponsored books. One management guy can spoil entire account. Company is clueless. hire one person as a site leader for entire pune and that guy started creating mess, fired many people and bring his closed friend and relative in projects total biass approach. Later guy joins client company. Dont join this type of company. Now entire client account is on toss. Soon pune division can goes narrow down.....Read More

I met good people, My team was superb.

No job security, no projects, and the management is pretty irresponsible. They don’t seem interested in bringing in new clients or keeping the ones they have. Instead, they’re busy replacing experienced techies with fresh graduates and focusing more on advertising Nitin’s book than actually retaining clients.

Instead of praising old smart employees Incedo more believe on new people’s, which is completely wrong. New people join with almost double salaries while old loyal employees don’t even receive 10% appraisal

This is the worst organisation. No Job security from engineers to Directors. You don't know when your manager show his true colour to save Job and start micro management. People around in the team is just like more than "Yes Man". To save their job they will go to Manager's personal event and do as much b00tlicking as they can. Worst thing I saw in my career. HR are so reluctant any issue with employee engagement. They come, have team, do nothing and go. No accountability. Don't care who joins & who leaves the organisation. They just want their salary. Specially Gurgaon & Pune HR Team. No potential project to spent 5 years. Many Directors & Sr. Directors come and go as there is no potential works leading to instability in the team. Worst part is nobody want to work. A few people who works & run the projects are kept out of key decision making and sometime kicked out. No proper process followed by HR and Employees although they will send mail every months of new regulations. Very much irritating. In a nutshell. No life but to be slave in Incedo.
