There is nothing to like about Impinge Solutions except Flexible Timings.

Dislikes

There are lot of things :- 1) They have no projects from scratch. All are bug fixing projects or extending the functionality of the already created applications. 2) They don't have any long projects. They usually get 2-3 days projects. Sometime they may even take 1 hour project also. 3) The management is unprofessional & abusive. This is a partnership firm. The management has three owners. Only one of them is technical, rest are unprofessional and non technical. Sandeep Mahajan doesn't know how to talk. He uses very abusive language. 4) They are giving increments very late when employees are going to resign. According to the policies, your increment should be given in March / April. But they will give you in October / November. 5) They mostly have work on CMS like Magento, Drupal, Wordpress, Shopify, Prestashop. They don't have any project in latest technologies like Angular, Node etc. They have only 1 or 2 projects in node, python, react but they don't have any team for that. They are only 1 or 2 persons for that. 6) HR has zero power. She simply says you will talk with the management yourself. 7) They always run behind the billing. They always told you to run the billing whether you are chatting with the Client or reviewing the requirements of the Client. 8) They will give you any project any time even you don't have any exposure of that technology. They told you to run billing without giving you the time to see the new technology. 9) They are always finding the ways that how they can deduct your salary, in which ways they can harass you. 10) If you have no work, this is also your mistake.
