There is nothing to like in the impetus except getting work from home other than its worst.
It has been the worst company of my career so far as they openly asked to work for 11-12 hours shift (without extra pay) then without 2 week offs. Hardly you will be able to get 2-4 week offs in whole month( they pay only 1000 per day for extra week offs work nothing extra apply if you even work on Saturdays or Sundays so they treatall days same). There is no project management, first they did not hire people when required so as they were unable to deliver people on time then they did over hiring and once project delivered then straightaway they laid off 75% team. We were 37 members in the team they laid off around 30 employees. After doing this much hard work they gave only 3 ratings to all and made that variable pay. You won't be able to learn anything as you won't get time to learn. Still you will keep receiving mail like impetus is one of the best companies, safest place to work for women. Best for work life balance. If you write mail to your manager or lead they will say they will give break once project delivered. Even they will ask you to work when you are not well. Like having fever or anything, they say please plan your sick or emergency leave. You won't be able to utilize your any leave like EL/CL/SL even after working for 2 years. If you go to HR then nothing gonna happen even they don't change the project. I was not even able to take 4 Sunday as week off in 2 years work....Read More

There is nothing to like about this company. No one listen in the management and even HRs don't do anything. Terrible Exp. I joined this even having offer from wipro. Now I am regretting my decision.
They ask employees to work 10-12 hours and don't even gives week off. They only give 1 week off after working 6 straight days. No one listen here. You don't know when you gonna have this single week off.

Impetus wasn't this bad during the time of my joining that is around two years back but the current environment is the worst something can be. Projects are of short duration i.e., for 2-3 months, 15-16 hours of work, can't even get your sleep hours so forget about work life balance. People put paper out of frustration and even then the inhumanity takes over and they would force you to leave immediately without having to serve the notice period. Here I am explaining everything that happened in impetus in the last one year. First, Lack of Ethics and morality- Last Year during one of banking Project, they forced the employees to work for 15-18 hours including night shifts and after the completion of that project, they fired around 30-40 people from that project Second, Lack of Commitment- Soon after that incident, they called all the employees to come to the office who were assigned to "Permanent work from home" during the time of joining. Third, Work standard human capacity which is again teased with bad behaviour from the managers. Fourth, mean spirited and non empathetic- From the last 6 months, they are not allowing people putting paper to serve the notice period while on the other hand they are not allowing people to leave who are willing for early release due to some of their personal reasons....Read More

I had joined impetus in June 2022. There, i would be working for 12-15 hours each day . So, out of frustration, I decided to put paper in order to get some time to prepare for interviews elsewhere as it was practically not possible to prepare while being in a project there.
