Depends on your luck and project if you get a decent manager with some professionalism. Then it goes good. Or else they treat employees like their tuition kids.

Unpaid overtime is casually expected across the company. Most managers and team leads are toxic. Many trainers lack basic human decency and professionalism while interacting, along with some team members. Slow growth. Appraisals are practically non-existent even after years of working. Management is too poor. They feels they're the boss. Sometimes they force us to work overtime but they don't pay for that. Work culture is too much toxic. TLs don't gives us our deserved leaves. I feel too much mental pressure here.

Just a normal IT solution company, they support you at the early stage, the best part is salary gets credited on the 30th of each month.

They get the most out of you at the lowest possible salary, for promotion (even if you deserve it), you have to keep in touch with your manager and do as he says.
