If you are lucky enough to get a good manager at the company then only you will be able to survive at this organization.

Dislikes

I would literally need a lot more space tha. this to write about the organisation. They do not have a work life balance. They do not care about their employees. The appraisals done at this company is literally chillars. They have a bond. The management here do not value their employees. I wouldnt name the person but the VP at this organisation has very narrow mindset and do not even know how to behave with people. Last but not the least, they want you to work for 12 hours for them....Read More
