Main reason is it was a blacklisted company. Means your experience will be count but on domestic level company's, not in international company. They will not consider this experience in their company because you was working in blacklisted company.

There's nothing to like about honestly it's just a complete overall disappointment to work here.

Managers are intrusive in your personal life so there's no personal life. You've to give them every detail in case you want a leave. There is no concept of sick leaves. You get many earned leaves but best of luck getting them approved from your manager. 2 years of work here and the appraisal was not given even after being told that it'll happen<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No position was given in IJP (their useless promotion process to be claimed in 9months) for those who got the promotion merely 4k was increased in salary and life being the same lame as it is</mark>. There's no learning curve it's a flatline. You do the same thing every day. If you're process is 5 days a week then your work hours are 10 hours a day which is way more than usual. They make you work 60 hours a week and call it business requirement. They don't approve the leaves. If you get a lesser salary best of luck raising a salary dispute. Just accept what's gone is gone. Overall when you go to have lunch it feels like a fish market and the canteens are as disgusting as they can be and the food outside office is just street vendors there's no actual good place to eat....Read More

Not supported. Every time..team leader touch the executive..client side..all mistake depends on our process. But the company said the executive side was at fault. They don't provide proper salary in one time. Thy not provide experience letter and reliving.
