Job Responsibilities:-

1. Resolve customer complaints via Call.

2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

4. Proper resolution to customer Queries.

Job Requirements:

• Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment
• Excellent Communications skills required in ENGLISH
• 1 Year experience in BPO is must
• Graduation Mandatory

Salary: 30K CTC

• 5 Days Working

• Shift- 9 Hour Rotational Shifts For Male 24*7 (Last shift 5 pm to 2 am) for Females 6 am to 8 pm (Any 9 Hours window)
