We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to join iEnergizer. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our US Banking team, driving customer satisfaction growth, and expanding our customer base in the Fintech industry.

iEnergizer is Hiring for a Team Leader-OPS and QA US Banking Voice Process(Immediate Joiner 0-5Days).


What will you be doing?

• This role will be hands On In Person Presence in US Timings.
• This is a completely work in office (Noida Office) Leadership of the team & Real Time availability of the analyst for US Stake-holder interactions in US Timings. This is not a Remote Work from Home Assignment as it requires in Person Provision Office for the US Operations.
• The operations will have weekends working.
• Experience within card fraud or related field
• Knowledge of Association charge-back rules
• Understanding of how to operate in control and escalate any breach identified
• Motivated to drive results in partnership with direct team while supporting overall business objectives in a call center environment.

Desired Skills

• Experience in Voice us banking process as a Team Lead on paper.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle escalated customer complaints.
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
• Service Level, queue and staffing management
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a call center environment
• Banking, Credit Card, Disputes, Fraud and Financial Services
• Should have good understanding of BPO Matrix
• Should have in-depth knowledge of Attrition, Shrinkage, ACHT's, NPS, SLA, Repeat.
