Everything thing. From first oreintation to till date. No cleanliness and no hygiene. Guards are shit as they are disrespectful. No work life balance as you are not allowed to leave office even if you are feeling ill. Managers and TL say that you can go after 3 hours or 10 hours as per shift even if you have high fever. Once you enter the office campus, you are not allowed to step outside, even during breaks, until your shifts ends and you punch out. Your phones are kept in lockers and you will feel locked on your work floor. If you are the one who doesn’t bring lunch from home, you will have to rely on office canteen, which serves overpriced and bad quality food. Unfortunately, even if the food is inedible, you have no other option. If you choose to order food online, your break time will be over and you will not get time to eat peacefully. Here, four wheeler parking costs ₹80 per day, yet finding a spot is a struggle everyday. Like many BPOs, the HR department is more focused on recruitment than employee relations, development or, support. It seems they have targets to hire hundreds of employees everyday due to high employee turnover. This company even forcibly calls sick employees to work. And it is not known when or how promotions will be received. Difficulties arise in any work as if there is no work some days So the employees have to work even after 6 p.m. One has to beg the team leader for holidays.

One of the worst BPO company never ever join, this company is also the blacklisted company, they will provide you 27k salary but in actually you will get only 21k to 22k in you hand HR department is one of the worst team. Job security 0℅ because I joined this company and within 4 month process ramped down and they simply said you can go home more than 400 employees were now struggling.
