I got pathetic experience from there is no any single person available who have some manner. Even hr also doing rude behave with employee. Lot of cheap policy they have there is no fnf policy. One the hr was told me there is no fnf policy if u wanna quit ur job u can do that right know but we are not play for ur working days. If these review important for u just pls shear this feedback to u booldy hr non sense. Also never recommend this cheap company once a blackliste always a blacklisted...Read More

a quality analyst

Looking for at least 7 lakhs per annum

Let me start with this. I have done a hotel management course and got placed at IGI airport as a Guest service officer (Front office) where I was getting just 17k per month and after 9 months i resigned. Then I got the opportunity at one of the BPO- ienergizer as an executive agent and my initial salary was 26k per month. I thought it was a good hike and i joined this bpo. Now it's been almost 5 years of experience and now I am a quality analyst where I am getting 40k per month. Now I am not satisfied with my job it's kinda boring. My interests are more into the finance sector and I don't know what should be the best path where I can get 12 lakhs per annum within 1-2 year. I am ready for anything like improving my skill set and all. I don't know how to approach other companies with my current skill set as there are some companies when they see that guy is working in the bpo sector they just reject my cv. PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD BE BEST APPROACH FROM HERE.
