Nothing, it is totally one man show with Jarnail Singh who knows nothing and will not let anybody rise because of his insecurities. Only few people grow including Abhishek

The job is interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session . I learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear mutilple hats and that helped me get a taste of diffrent role within same team
