The base is wrong only. The company leaders treat people like strays and have a very negative attitude. Shouts and insult people. No culture, no policies defined, fraud projects and more.

iDreamBiz helped me in COVID-19 pandemic. They gave me the salary on time with no deduction and gave an opportunity to work from home.

Dislikes

There is no PF deduction and no other additional facilities & benefits apart from the in-hand salary. There is no good leave policy also.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

I will share later if found any.. Yes they have few like work pressure and all but those are very common.
