We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with performance management processes and employee appraisals.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate training sessions and HR development programs.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems/tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
