As per me It is map power management company. whenever required hires some people on payroll and full time employee and places them at client. when agreement is completed they relieves the employee from job. don't keep with them.

You get salary on time i. e every 7th of month. But difficult to connect to IDC team if you need help.

Job security is none. As soon as contract is over or terminated due to management politics between IDC and client company they won't even keep you on their payroll for a day nor they will help you in internal client or project switch(Happen with me and lots of my colleagues, gave notice of 10 day to find another job). Make false promise for on role at client location , no appraisal and only 18 leaves are allowed per year. May provide good salary but you will never be sure how long they will keep you....Read More

I was deployed at client location mumbai and since IDC have limited offices in India so getting help from them is very difficult which need lot of emails and call to solve simple salary or other issue

Firstly i would like to thank entire IDC Team for gave me an opportunity for step into my career. Actually i used to work as a contract employee so there is no job security but work culture and their management was good and moreover company following all the policies which is given by the company. IDC team training was good and helpful to every employee. Thank you

I like nothing about IDC. The employees of accounts department were completely worst and they didn’t k ew any office etiquettes and never behaved properly

Everything about IDC is to be disliked. The company is somhow running and doesn’t have much future! The top level managers are complete corrupt.

The most important thing about the IDC, they respect to their employees and give security to their female employees, provide all resources for employees benefits, flexible and provide freedom to their employees.

Dislikes

They check bags on daily basis because of data security, might be they are right at their place, but sometimes it feels they don't trust to their employees.

No I don't like to work at IDC Technologies. It's because they request you to join work for them by holding your legs but after 9-10 months of work they will remove you without any reason. and the very most important thing is that TCS has rejected this company and laidoff all the employees belong to this IDC Technologies because of illegal activities. It's not fair to work with IDC Technologies.
