I am working with IDBI intech Ltd to build my career but here I felt that politics happening with the agents and TC's who are working genuinely and agents working with the hope that one day they will also get an opportunity to show ability to get a next position but here management hiring Team leaders from outsiders as much as I knew we are having more eligible tenure agents who are working since long and having more knowledge about product if they will team leader post then they can learn new things n new challenges in their career and they will never think to leave this organisation , as per my suggestion management has to think on this and take action...Read More

I have started my career as a phone banking officer in IDBI intech Ltd after completion of 1yr I became eligible for TC post and I got opportunity in IJP so that I have started working as Tc and kept hope that I will be getting TL post oneday............
