The only thing I like here is that one can get promotion in 6months and can become manager in 2years only if they fulfill all targets and get timely promotion. All employees are helpful. And one can gain alot of knowledge by working over here.

Too many targets and their work culture is what I dislike. There is zero work-life balance. Alot of pressure is put on the employee.
