If you are an ambitious person to gain promotion as per your performance but just an average college degree, it is not good for you since they have fixed income growth and promotions as per vintage as decided by hr and not as per performance. But if you are satisfied with average salary and WLB, u can go for it.

Mismanagement, high resignation due to over load of work, less workforce then required, login time is strictly followed but log out time is not there. Management compel employees to work for 12 hours, no professional behaviour on the floor it's does not seems like office but a school

No likes . Management is worst. Senior management writes unnecessary mails and puts in unnecessary discussions. Liars everywhere. They can’t even change your contact information

Not so much good not so much bad , overall if you check then all banking job are pressure job

You have to be multitasking ,handle customer and at same time concall will be there ,same time bm will call to complete yesterday data calling. Dbm will scold you like heal infront of other if you do mistake,nobody is there to teach you the process ,first scolding is compulsory in all circumstances. End of the day you will feel likefrausted ,what your doing in your life .so I don't recommend people to go for bank job .For me I donot have any technical background and my parents requirment is there so I have to contuine...Read More
