males if you know how to buttering. and females if you know how to slp with upper management then its a good co. for you. Dirty politics from top to bottom . company have no goal from rural area manager will tell you go and sale 2L rs savings ac . if you failed then co. will transfer to far location from hometown. first of all i would like to say that organizations is at its best level / Position, however due to poor management structure or due to the incorrect / non relevant / unneccessary decision of management / positioned people of organization, impact the mentality of hardworking junior level employees which leads to the negative business numbers and ignorance

Mismanagement, high resignation due to over load of work, less workforce then required, login time is strictly followed but log out time is not there. Management compel employees to work for 12 hours, no professional behaviour on the floor it's does not seems like office but a school

Salary on time, good environment and everyone is cooperative. Will get scope to learn new things.

Sales culture, in the name of opportunity target is giving and there is no incentive neither extra bonus. The bonus they are giving that is also from our salary they are giving nothing extra.
