Very good product company with full suite of solutions for Airline industry. Worked on iFlight Mro team, over the year's team had done various activities and adopted innovative technologies and migrated the product to latest technology. Still some portion of the product is in old technology and it is being migrated. Team members are getting opportunity to learn new technology and management is ready to utilize in the product. All these efforts made the product to move longway from its original functionality, usability and look & feel. Management ensures that team members are getting equal opportunity to work in development, support and onsite. Eventhough duration of onsite assignments are short, team members are rotated to opportunity to work with actual environment. Team outings are conducted with maximum resource participation and families are also welcome. Almost everything except some learning which I got which is really helpful ,Else the policy , management ,salary hike, work life balance,on site opportunity everything is bad here Actually worst policy inside this organisation .

Same work from last 1.5 Years . No growth I have seen so far inside organisation between clients .It's a pure Mallu company .The people from Kerala ,for them it is a good company , else for north Indian terrific politics are happening inside company .
