We were offered to convert PH holidays into additional vacation leaves that we can use, since we were not getting additional pay when working PH holidays. However, IBM is strict when it comes to utilization which means we need to have 94% attendance every month or quarter. This greatly doesn't add-up since you can't use all of your VL credits if utilization will always hit your scorecard and checkpoint reviews. I am working in IBM Security. IBM got really good work-life balance. The work hours are flexible, no one will pressurize you into doing things.

Dislikes

The hikes are not that great. Even switching projects is a very difficult. If you are a graduate hire then you must atleast work for 18 months in the initial project, no matter you are interested or not.
