Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is little supportive. There are lot of hiccups in company. Company policies are good, appraisals are not given and they dont give salary hike and bonus is not compared to work analysis. But learning and analysis skill will be improved.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Increment and incentives are not provided.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Good place which allows you to express candidly. The satisfaction we get by being the process owners and the autonomy to solve the challenges on our own and great value addition to our professional skills.

Dislikes

this organisation is for creative people and professionals with " the go getter" attitude. The doubting Toms find it a bit hard to get into the groove.
