No one is concerned for your quantity of work as they are third party staff providers. They encourage you not to work much. People keeps their day busy in gossips.

Getting job in a high package is spoiling your career for a lifetime. Data entry is the real work but they interpret their task in different work at the time of interview. Simple rule of the organisation is, "never trust employees, they may spoil the business". Pure nepotism is the culture of the company. Your career will start by removing your shoes outside and putting mobile in a drawer. They have lots of silly rules for which they will keep themselves busy in meetings. Other than that, one general manager and one receptionist is call local management. Local management 's pure work is to pass on each gossips to MD. MD is a lady with a lack of confidence and she has hired a one more lady as HR at London and both of them keeps eyes on their employees. Each room of the office is covered by audio-visual camera as they both are interested in your gossips only. Your work will be taken care by clients directly so management has not work except arranging meetings to instruct about; put your shoes in rack, don't use wash basin of dining hall after meal, don't talk loudly etc. In simple words, after leaving this organisation, your will have a skill of only data entry whatever project you have worked on....Read More

The most unprofessional place you could ever work for. Poor management, worst attitude towards employees.

They treat you like labor, you are there to work and nothing else. They won't even provide you salary slips via anything written like e-mail, guess they don't want to officialy state you are their employee. One person to manage HR and admin. Worst management, incompetent policies. You can find a thousand bad things about this place if you look for even a second.

Strict timings, you dont have to stay back even a minute after 7 pm, free cab service, Interview process finished in a day, less pressure and peace of mind.

For me personally the profile mentioned in the interview was not exactly the same.

Work Details

I was in a similar role before and happier here even though this is a smaller company, the work pressure is less and more peace of mind. If you are okay with the profile, this is definitely a good place to work.

Everything is worst there. From management to rules. We have to be in a 4 walls closed cabin for 8 hours. We cannot go out. Management never provides any facility. They never provide bonus and incentive. Last Diwali the bonus was 2 organic oranges. We cannot go to wash room for more than a specific time. No canteen. No PF, which is illegal. No travel allowance for people coming from far distance. Join this company at your risk, coz if you do, you will do everything to get out of it....Read More
