Comes to office by 12.00 noon (till 12.00 noon thinks whom to fire that day) sits in a meeting room with his coterie - Digital Scrum Master and a few others and bad mouthing about everyone on their back. Everyday employees are terminated. Every day - Performance warning emails are sent on the instructions of SVP by his coterie scrum master - who has no authority or expertise to validate the work being done by the team. Useless HR Manager. Incompetent leadership team in i-exceed.
